TRAVEL CLUBS
The Office of Charitable and Regulatory Programs (OCRP) is responsible for administering the Virginia Travel Club Act. Travel Clubs offering/selling/executing memberships in the Commonwealth are required to register with OCRP in accordance with the Virginia Travel Club Act.
