2023 Virginia Agriculture Trade Conference, November 1, 2023-Invitation to Participate

We are pleased to invite you to attend the 2023 Virginia Agricultural Trade Conference,
which will be held on November 1, 2023, at the Richmond Convention Center. This
conference is organized by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer
Services, in partnership with the Virginia Farm Bureau Federation, the Port of Virginia,
and the Virginia Tech Department of Agricultural & Applied Economics
The 2023 Virginia Agricultural Trade Conference is a one-day event that will bring
together farmers, exporters, policymakers, and other stakeholders to discuss the latest
trends in global agricultural markets and trade. The conference will feature keynote
addresses from Matthew Lohr, Virginia Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry, Ted
McKinney, CEO of NASDA, and Daniel Whitley, Administrator of the Foreign Agricultural
Service. There will also be panel discussions on a variety of topics, including growing
Virginia agricultural exports, market development opportunities in Africa, and renewable
fuels.
The conference is a great opportunity for attendees to learn about the latest trends in
global agricultural markets and trade and to network with other professionals in the
industry. The registration fee is $95.00 per person, which includes lunch and
refreshments.
