Description: A large selection of homegrown fruits and vegetables, organic flowers and herbs, baked goods. A range of all-natural goat soaps, buffalo meat, and crafts.
Directions: From I-81, take exit 109 onto Route 177 ( Tyler Avenue ) into Radford. At the fourth traffic light, turn left onto Main Street. At the first light on Main Street, take a right and pull into the Farmers’ Market Parking Lot.
Hours: 8 a.m.-1 p.m., Saturdays, May-October, rain or shine.
Activities: Music at the market with monthly bluegrass and folk music during peak market hours. Kids’ activities including scarecrow-building, pumpkin painting, and games during October as Kids’ Month. Taste of Radford market kick-off, first day of market. Annual special events advertised in local newspapers. Also, we have a weekly electronic newsletter with recipes, music updates and list of products sold.
