Contact: Marion Horsley, 804.225.3820
Although the results of the 2007 Census of Agriculture were released less than seven months ago in February, 2009, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) is already in the process of planning the content of the 2012 Census of Agriculture. According to the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS), NASS is seeking input from the agricultural community on ways to improve the next Census of Agriculture.
