BOARD OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES TO MEET

The Virginia Board of Agriculture and Consumer Services will meet on December 4, 2008, in Board Room 220 at the Oliver W. Hill Building, 102 Governor Street, Richmond, Virginia.  The meeting, which will begin at 9 a.m., is open to the public.

Tentative Agenda:

• Call to Order/Roll Call
• Approval of Draft Minutes for the previous meeting
• Reports from Board Members
  
• Commissioner’s Report
• Adjournment for Public Hearing

At 10 a.m., there will be a Public Hearing on Rules and Regulations Pertaining to the Disposal of Entire Flocks of Dead Poultry, 2 VAC 5-200.  The Board will resume its regular meeting immediately after the Public Hearing is over.
